Welcome to Click Hired. By using our website, app, and services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before using our site.
By accessing our website and services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal authority to agree to these terms. You agree to use the site only for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. If you don't agree with these terms, please don't use Click Hired.
Your Account and Acceptable Use
When you create an account with Click Hired, you provide us with your email address, full name, and career history. You're responsible for keeping your login information confidential. You agree to use our service only for legitimate job applications under your own identity. You cannot use Click Hired to create fraudulent applications, misrepresent who you are, or apply to jobs under someone else's name. If we discover you're using our service illegally or in violation of these terms, we reserve the right to immediately terminate your account, and you will not be able to purchase again.
If your account is terminated, you have 30 days to appeal by contacting us. We'll review your appeal and respond within 5 business days. During an appeal, your data will be held securely while we investigate.
How We Work With Your Data
To provide our service, we collect and store your career information, resumes (both the ones you create and the AI-generated versions we create for you), and job application records. We process this information using artificial intelligence to generate personalized resumes optimized for different job applications.
To generate the best resumes, we analyze your career data using AI. This means your job history, titles, companies, and professional highlights are sent to these AI models to create resume variations and recommendations. We manage these requests securely. If you prefer not to have your data processed by these third-party services, you can opt out by contacting us, though this may limit some features.
Your data remains completely private to your account. Other users cannot see your information, resumes, or applications. We do not make your data publicly visible under any circumstances.
Your Plans and Payments
Click Hired offers a free plan where you can create one resume and access basic features. We also offer paid subscription plans with higher limits on the number of resumes and job applications you can create. Each plan includes a certain number of applications per month, and you can purchase additional credits if you need more. Pricing and features may change at any time, but we'll give you advance notice before changing prices for existing subscribers.
We process all payments through Stripe. By providing payment information, you authorize us to charge your chosen payment method according to your selected plan. You're responsible for keeping your payment information current. If a payment fails, we may suspend your service.
All payments are final. But in rare refunds, we'll provide a pro-rata refund for any unused service time.
What Happens to Your Data
All the content you create on Click Hired—your resumes, career information, and application records—belongs to you. We store these for you so you can access and manage them anytime. You can download and export all your profile content and resumes whenever you want, and they remain your property.
If you decide to delete your account, all your data is immediately and permanently deleted from our systems. We won't keep copies of your information after deletion. The only exception is that Stripe may retain payment records according to their own policy for legal and financial compliance.
Intellectual Property
All content on our website and service—including text, images, logos, graphics, designs, and software—is owned by Click Hired or our content providers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use any of this content without our prior written consent, except for personal use as allowed by these terms.
If you submit feedback, testimonials, or suggestions to Click Hired, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and irrevocable license to use, modify, and display that content for operational or promotional purposes.
No Warranties
Our website and services are provided "as is" without any guarantees or warranties. While we work hard to provide accurate and reliable service, we do not warrant that our service will be error-free, uninterrupted, or always available. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of the AI-generated resumes or any other content on our platform.
Limitations on Our Liability
Click Hired is not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website or services. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, profits, or business interruption. This applies even if we've been told that such damages might occur.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any reason is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the issue arose.
Third-Party Links and Services
Our website and service may contain links to third-party websites and services. These links are provided for your convenience, but Click Hired does not endorse these sites or assume responsibility for their content, accuracy, or practices. Your use of third-party websites is at your own risk and subject to their own terms and conditions.
We use Stripe for payment processing. When you make a payment, Stripe handles your payment information according to their own privacy and security practices.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms and conditions periodically to reflect changes in our practices, new features, or legal requirements. When we make material changes, we'll notify you. Your continued use of Click Hired after changes are made means you accept the updated terms.
Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of Click Hired will be resolved in the courts of the United States, and you agree to submit to the jurisdiction of these courts.
